The Theology of Signs and Seasons: The Liturgical Year – Charles Davis, Jr. Using Vicki K. Black’s book, “Welcome to the Church Year” this class will take a walk through the church’s liturgical year. From Advent through the Ordinary time after Pentecost, we will examine the seasons, their theology, and our traditions. We will look at how we celebrate Jesus’ life and ministry week by week throughout the year. The class will encourage questions and dialogue as we seek to know Christ in and through the worship we share.
