Prayer Requests and Ministry

The Prayer ministry of Trinity Cathedral is an essential part of our common life. There are many ways both to join in prayer as well as request prayer. If there is a concern that you wish to include in our prayer ministry, you may call the Cathedral receptionist, 771-7300, or talk to one of our clergy. You, or the person for whom prayers are requested, will be added to the prayer list, which is published each Sunday as apart of our service bulletin. These names are also read aloud in the weekly services in Keenan Chapel.  I encourage you to take a service bulletin home and include those who have asked for our prayers into your own prayer life.

You may also request prayer from The Order of St. Luke Prayer Ministry. A special box for your prayers is located in the “Chisolm Trail” and is checked each week before The Order of St. Luke’s meets. These prayers remain confidential.

Trinity Cathedral also has a beautiful prayer desk, located in the Morris Reception Foyer  (the narthex for Averyt Hall) in which you may place a prayer request.  Those requests will be added to our prayers during one of the following Sunday services.
