Special Event

This summer, Trinity’s campus will come alive as children explore what it means to grow deep in God’s love and care for creation. Faith Takes Root: Planting and Growing Sustainable Lives for All is a four-day, hands-on VBS rooted in Jesus’ Parable of the Sower (Mark 4:1–9). Through classic songs, meaningful stories, recycled crafts, nature walks, and service projects, children will become creation caretakers and young disciples of faith. Join us as we nurture hearts, minds, and the earth—together.

Open to 3-year-olds* through rising 5th graders (*must be potty trained). $40/child.
Free nursery available for infant/toddler children of volunteers.

As we prepare for VBS, we will be collecting the following items for our recycled craft projects. Collection bins are located in the Welcome Center beginning May 4:

  • Cardboard egg cartons
  • Plastic lids / tops (from drinks or PB containers)
  • Toilet paper and paper towel rolls
  • Large yogurt containers with lids
  • Large tin cans
  • Small glass baby food jars with lids
  • Old magazines with plenty of pictures

Please be sure all items are clean of any food remnants.
