Harvest Hope

Thank you for helping support Harvest Hope! Harvest Hope is South Carolina's largest food bank, and provides over 22.6 million meals annually to people in need across the Midlands -- right here in our own community.

There are a few ways that you can help support this important organization:

  • Drop off donations of non-perishable food items at Trinity Cathedral. The church is open on Sundays, both before and after our 8 am & 10 am worship services. The church is also open every Monday through Friday for Morning Prayer at 9:30 am as well. The donation box located in the Welcome Center can be accessed during the week or on Sunday during those times.
  • We are also doing porch drop-offs of any food donations for Harvest Hope to make it more convenient for you to drop-off your donations. Cardboard boxes for food donations will be available at the following addresses: 1412 Haynesworth Rd, 3430 Monroe Street, and 3305 Heyward Street.
  • Make an online contribution. Trinity has a virtual food drive link on Harvest Hope's page where you can make a monetary donation in lieu of dropping of actual food items. Click here to access that page and make a contribution.

Your donations are always appreciated and are needed now more than ever! Please contact Cary Lafaye (cdlafaye@netscape.net) if you have any questions.
