Advent Traditions at Church & Home - 5:45 p.m. in Satterlee Hall. A short lesson during Wednesday night supper.

Sunday, December 3 - 1st Sunday of Advent
Advent Festival - 4:00 p.m. in the Cathedral, followed by a procession to the Trinity Center for wreath-making ($15) and a Crock-Pot cook-off.

St. Nicholas Day Party - 5:30-6:30 p.m. in Satterlee Hall, during our Wednesday night supper.

Choral Compline - 8:00 p.m. in the Cathedral, a meditative service by candlelight.

Friday, December 8
Kids’ Movie & Cookie Night - 5:30-9:00 p.m. in the Trinity Center gym. 
Drop your kids off in their jammies, and go enjoy a holiday party or a night out! 
We’ll watch a Christmas movie and decorate Christmas cookies! Be sure to send them with a brown bag dinner.

Sunday, December 10 - 2nd Sunday of Advent
Handel’s Messiah, 4:00 p.m. in the Cathedral. 
Sung by the Trinity Cathedral Singers, Choir of Young Men, Choir of Boys and Choir of Girls, 
with the North Carolina Baroque Orchestra playing period instruments. Tickets.

Sunday, December 17 - 3rd Sunday of Advent
Last day of Sunday school classes for the season. Children will visit adult classes to sing Christmas carols during the 10:00 hour.
Evensong - 4:00 p.m. in the Cathedral, sung by the Cathedral Choir of Adults, followed by a reception on the Cathedral Lawn.

Wednesday, December 20
Candlelight Carols & Cocoa - 5:30 p.m. in the Cathedral, followed by hot cocoa and s’mores on the Cathedral Lawn.

Sunday, December 24 - 4th Sunday of Advent and Christmas Eve
Normal Sunday services will be held at 8:00 a.m. (Keenan Chapel), and 9:00 & 11:00 a.m. (in the Cathedral)
Children’s Christmas Pageant & Holy Eucharist - 4:00 p.m. in the Cathedral
Holy Eucharist - 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. in the Cathedral

Monday, December 25 - Christmas Day

We will share kits for Chalking of the Doors for families to take home.
